POWER 05 – Released by It!

We have traced the Scriptural basis for the Baptism in the Holy Spirit and the validity of the gifts of the Spirit for the Church age. We said that when we receive the Baptism we enter into a partnership with the Holy Spirt.

This partnership, determines: What is restored in us. I spoke specifically about the gift of speaking in tongues as a prayer language and how it edifies, how it builds up from the foundation; to restore by building or repair to establish or to promote growth in Christian wisdom, affection, grace, virtue, holiness and blessedness.

This partnership also determines: What is revealed to us. The Church, the believer, you and me, we are to be agents of God’s revelation, bringing the light of true knowledge to a world that is darkened with much false knowledge. We looked specifically at the gifts of revelation: Word of Wisdom, Word of Knowledge and the Discerning of Spirits.

The third determination of this partnership is: What is Released through us! When you enter into a partnership with the Holy Spirit, through the Baptism in the Holy Spirit, power is released through your life’s witness! There is an anointing, a change from natural use to supernatural use, in your life that takes place to advance the Gospel of the Kingdom.
