As impressive as Nehemiah resume was, he did not rely on it when it was Time to Build. Instead of leaving a path of destruction behind him, he tackled the path of destruction in front of him. He got out his tools so that he could work on the tasks ahead of him. You and I can employ the same tools to tackle the destruction in front of us and build the lasting walls of God’s Kingdom.
