Over 2,000 years ago, John the Baptizer declared, “Behold, the Lamb of God, Who takes away the sins of the world.” A direct link between Jesus and the Passover Lamb. The Apostle Paul confirmed this in his writing to the church at Corinth, “Christ our Passover Lamb has been sacrificed.” Jesus can offer us salvation and rest because He was the Passover Lamb Who once for all washes the sin of man away.
